Who we are

DukaanQR (dukaanqr.com) helps small shops, home bakers, restaurants and wholesalers in India create digital menus, catalogs and QR codes that take orders on WhatsApp.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email when you sign in with Google or email.
• Shop details you enter: shop name, logo, WhatsApp number, address, items, prices and photos.
• Menu photos you upload for AI scanning, used only to extract your items.
• Payment details: the ₹99 publish fee is processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card or bank details.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, to improve the service.
• Messages you send to our support chat.

How we use it

• To build, publish and display your public menu or catalog.
• To verify your payment and unlock your QR code.
• To answer support questions and improve DukaanQR.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Customer orders

When a customer places an order from a DukaanQR menu, the order is sent directly from their phone to the shop's WhatsApp. DukaanQR does not handle delivery or collect payment for these orders.

Drafts on your device

Drafts made before signing in are saved only in your browser on your device until you sign in.

Sharing

We share data only with services needed to run DukaanQR (hosting, sign-in, Razorpay for payments, AI for menu scanning), or when required by law.

Your choices

You can edit your shop details anytime. To delete your account or data, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7388884823 and we will remove it.

Security

We use secure connections and access controls to protect your data, but no online service can be 100% secure.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
